
Andi Cutspec, LCSW
Andi received her bachelor’s in science degree from Otterbein University in Psychology. She also received her master’s degree in Counselling Studies and Social Work from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Andi is currently certified by the state of Utah for Domestic Violence Psychotherapy and Suicide Crisis Response Planning. In addition, Andi has worked several years working in outpatient settings assisting adults with a wide variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-identity difficulties, substance use, emotion regulation skills, grief and loss, self-harm, and life transitions.Andi’s clinical experience has primarily been centered in trauma, LGBTQA, and culturally informed therapy working with adults through a humanistic lens in their healing and self-growth process. Andi utilizes several evidenced based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness to help guide her clients in their own unique therapeutic process.In her spare time, Andi enjoys physical movement through exercise, climbing mountains, snowboarding, and camping.
