April O’neillreceived a Bachelor of Science Degree from Utah Valley University in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology. She also received a Master’s Degree from the University of Utah in Social Work. April O’neill has spent several years working in outpatient and inpatient settings assisting adolescents and adults with a wide variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, anger management, conduct disorder, pornography misuse, substance use, general emotion management, social skills, women’s issues, abuse, grief, and other challenges. April O’neill utilizes several evidence-based modalities when working with clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and more. April O’neill is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). April O’neill primary focus is to help people in even the most difficult situations find renewed hope in life and be the best versions of themselves. In her spare time, April O’neill enjoys cooking, hiking, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and her sweet German Shepherd. April O’neill also has experience working with:
